Got charged but no order

I got charged even thought it said transaction didn’t go through. Also got no email about it so I’m not sure what to do

@alia106 I can confirm your order was not successfully placed on your account. The amount you may be seeing on your bank statement is a temporary pending authorization, not a charge, and it will automatically drop within 1-7 business days. If you'd like to re-attempt the order, I recommend making sure all information entered is correct. In regards to your billing address, please be sure the billing address entered matches what your financial institution has on file.
