Glitches w/the app

HELP! Anyone else experience any issues with the Sephora app sending orders to the wrong address? I recently updated my default shipping address andthen placed an order. Prior to placing the order I made sure the address was correct. However, in my email confirmation I noticed that my order will be sent to an old address. To make matters worse, Sephora doesn’t allow us to cancel orders online or in the app!! Anyone had this happen to them? How did Sephora fix the situation??
