Gifts with Purchase

I used to have anywhere from 3 to 5 gift with purchase options in my account when checking out with orders.

The last two weeks there have been no gift with purchase options whatsoever. As a rouge member, if I’m going to spend $150 + it would be nice to have this option.

Is anyone having the same issue? Does Sephora eliminate GWP close to Christmas time? Please help!
