Hi I unfortunately over scratched my gift card and am unable to see all the numbers - it was a gift

Generally, gift cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). If you're able to see the first 12 digits of the gift card number, please send me a private message with those digits. If the pin number is scratched off, you should still be able to redeem your gift card in store.
