Giftcard PIN missing numbers

The pin on my giftcard only has 6 digits instead of 8, I see this is a recurring problem based on dozens of posts about this just in the last week or two. HAs anyone found a solution to this? Customer service told me that these cards are treated like cash and they can't replace damaged ones which is ridiculous because its them who sold a misprinted card.

I'm sorry to hear this! The pin number is required to redeem the gift card online. However, you should still be able to redeem the gift card in a Sephora store. I recommend contacting your local Sephora directly for assistance.
