Gift returns

I’m so frustrated with Sephora’s return policy. Especially kohls Sephora vs stand alone Sephora. Your customers see it as one brand and they should be able to make returns to either one. I also received a Sephora gift set without a receipt And was unable to return to any of the stores. It literally says Sephora on the gift set yet unable to get an exchange or get merchandise credit for something else. I have always been loyal to Sephora over the years but I’ll be looking to go to Ulta more often for my beauty needs.
