I got the tatcha silk canvas for Christmas and it makes my makeup look terrible. I reached out to tatcha and tried their pointers but still no use. I didn’t get a gift receipt but my grandpa gave y’all my phone number so the purchase shows up on my VIB card. Will I be able to exchange it for the pearl ?
