Gift packaging

If I pay for the gift packaging satchel or box, is the item packed in the satchel or box with tissue?  Trying to determine if it actually arrives suitably appearing at a gift.

I'm sorry for the delayed response! The item is not packed in the satchel or box! Additionally, it does not come with tissue.
