Gift certificate

Hello, I had to the pleasure of going to your new kohl’s store in Elmhurst Illinois. After shopping  longer than I anticipated. I was matching a foundation color. I get up to the cashier and she rejected my gift certificate. She said that you don’t  take regular Sephora certificates. She said i needed a  Sephora plus” certificate

I-was-so embarrassed!!  Mind you the certificate had the card number and the pin number clearly visible.

Its over now, I couldn’t wait to get home and get my stuff on line. I took a pic of my items in the store. So embarrassing 😳

I spent so much time choosing them. I didn't want my time to be a total loss.

Hi Danee, not sure if it was a Collection gift card. Didn’t say on the certificate. It was an e-gift card. My husband purchased it on line. I printed it, and brought it to the store. I made sure to follow the instructions that were given.  Ok, well maybe it is worth a look into.

Oh wow! Sorry to hear that!  Most of our Christmas shopping is online gift certificates. So glad other stores aren’t as complicated!. Thank you for your reply.
