Gift cards-says zero, but never used

Ok. So i received 2 gift cards as gifts..One I just received today, an hour after it was purchased and it says zero balance…the other has been in my drawer and never even opened until today…says zero balance..what is going on with these gift cards…This need to be fixed asap or on the national news if its a scam so people quit buying them

I have tried replying to your emails but no response back…..can you please make it clear to me which numbers are the actual gift card number and which numbers are the PIN?

This is the hardest gift card I have ever seen lol

The Gift Card number starts with the # 6 and it should be 16 digits long!
