Gift cards empty

My daughters received 2x $60 gift cards from the king of Prussia pa Sephora for their birthday and when we scratched and tried to use them and found out there was zero balance. We called gift card support and they said they were loaded and almost immediately used. Support asked us to go to store. At store, store manager asked us to call support. I had them talk to each other and they could not fix the situation and left my kids out $120 value at Sephora. This does not seem right. Can someone help us out.

This looks like an automated response as my private messages were turned on and I noticed this message is left on all other posts concerning gift card issues.  Does anyone know how to actual resolve this?

It looks like it is an automated response. Same thing happened to me. Were you able to get this resolved?
