My gift card in my Apple wallet dates I have $0 this morning even though it has never been used.

I reached out to the chat and was esstenially told there was nothing they could do because it was treated as cash. In the chat she never asked for a gift card number or anything immediately said I’ll look into your account and came back with “if you can’t provide a proof that it was never used  it will be treated as cash.” It was in my Apple wallet lol. Honestly I have so many issues with Sephora online and in stores in over it.
