My husband purchased a $100 gc for me for Mothers Day. Last night, I placed several items in my online basket and went to scratch off the silver sticker on the back and 13 of the 16 numbers peeled right off with the sticker!  I haven't had this happen with any GC from ANY OTHER COMPANY. Im am reading more and more about this happening to others online and Sephora has yet to correct the problem. 

I called and spoke to a CS supervisor (Jenny) at Sephora and she told me there is nothing she can so about it. She was rude and dismissive of my issue.
