Gift card says invalid number

I just got a Sephora gift card for Christmas and I am trying to order something online with it but it says the card number is invalid. I have made sure to use all the numbers and have checked they are the right numbers multiple times. I closed out my browser and used a different one and it says the same. Can I fix this?
