Gift card refund

Please help. I placed an order paid with a gift card. I returned my product and it’s been two weeks since Sephora received my return in the mail and I haven’t heard anything. I threw away the original gift card because I had spent it all. How and when will I get my refund?? Thank you for your help

Hi @KyleeL Returns may take 3-4 weeks to be processed from the time it is sent back to us. We will notify you via email once it has been processed! Additionally, if a gift card was used on the order, you'll receive a refund in online store credit. Thank you for your patience!
