Gift card number?

Can someone tell me how to find the gift card number on the back of the Sephora gift card?  I feel like an idiot, but I am apparently entering the wrong number.  My card number has 19 digits, but it won't let me enter all of them.  I've tried entering the first 16 digits and that's not correct.  Then tried entering the last 16 digits, and that's not correct either.  I'm going crazy lol

I'm so sorry for any confusion. It sounds like you have a Sephora inside JCPenney gift card and these cannot be applied to purchases made on Sephora.com.

Can JCP sephora cards still be used in standing alone sephora shops? or only jcp ones?
