Gift card number scratched off

I received a Sephora gift card and I went to scratch it off and some of the numbers got scratched off with it. I called and chatted someone and both said the number is not recoverable. I got mixed messages if I can even use it in store now.

@kpell1000000029 If the first 12 digits are not visible, we would not be able to locate it in our system. Sometimes the store can scan or swipe the card, so if you can visit a store to check it is worth a try.
