Gift card not working

I received a gift card from my friend and I have tried numerous times but it says that it is invalid when I try to apply it 😞

Can you please double-check that you're entering the correct gift card number (16 digits) and pin (8 digits)? There might be additional numbers hiding at the end that still need to be scratched off.

Thank you for the reply. I do not have a physical card, it is digital, so there are no numbers missing.

Everything looks fine with the gift card on my end. Please do not include any spaces in the 16-digit gift card number. Please try entering the gift card number and pin at checkout with no spaces.
