Gift card not working

 

 

 I received a gift card or my birthday some months back but when i went to use it online, it said the card number was invalid. Yes, I was sure to include the 4 digit pin on the side as well. What should i do?

Please do not respond on the email notification. To view your private messages: Go to 'home' page; click on 'bell' icon; see default drop-down menu w/"Notifications" highlighted; instead, highlight & click "Messages." 🙂

So first you ask me for my gift card number and then you tell me not to reply through the message and then you need me to call customer service anyway? This was no help whatsoever. I'll be sure not to ask for your gift cards as presents going forward.

I'm sorry for the confusion. If you reply through the email notification directly, I do not receive the reply. If you reply through the private message directly, I'm able to receive your message. I'm able to assist you with this and I apologize, I did not provide the number to Customer Service in my private message to you or direct you to our Customer Service Line. I'm happy to look into your gift card for you, if you reply to the private message I've sent you with your gift card number. Thank you.

i DO NOT see an option to respond. This is the MOST cumbersome and not user friendly site interface i have ever come across.  i sent it to you in a separate message as this site is not at all useful to monitor

Hi @Anonymous,

 

I've received your private message and I'll be responding shortly. If you're on a desktop site, at the top right hand corner where it says Hi, ____, please click that and underneath, click "Profile". When you're on your profile, there are two rectangular boxes on top of "My Groups". The box on the left says "Notifications" and the box on the right says "Messages". When you click the box that says "Messages", you can click on the private message that you want to respond to. When you click the message, on the bottom right hand corner of the message there are two boxes. One box says "Delete" and one says "Reply". You're able to reply to a private message sent to you by clicking the "Reply" message.
