Gift card issue

I received a gift card for Christmas and when I peeled back the sticker to get the card number so I can order something that’s only online, the card number was removed. Is anyone else having this issue? I am unable to use the card in store and when calling customer service and chatting with a representative they were extremly unhelpful. Am I just completley out of luck with this issue?

@LeslieM85 I'm sorry to hear that! If the first 12 digits of the gift card number are visible, we may be able to locate it in our system. If you have the first 12 digits of the gift card,  please send me a PM with that information and your registered email address.
