Gift card has only 6 digit pin

Was given a digital gift card and only have a 6 digit pin.  Customer service number has me going in circles getting transferred to cash star then back to Sephoraโ€ฆ

@CMonty23, I'm sorry for the trouble! The pin is required to redeem the card online. However, you should still be able to redeem the gift card in store. I recommend inquiring with your local Sephora store for assistance.
