Gift card balance gone on app!

After Christmas I loaded easily $100 to $150 worth of gift cards on to my account to be saved and used later. I have not shopped since January, yet I went to check my account to buy something last night, and all my previous payment information that was stored is gone, including my large gift card balance! I'm shaking thinking that my gift cards were taken from me due to an app glitch that somehow reset my information. Please check all my activity on my account and help put the balance back, they were unused and loaded into my account for later.

@ajbauma2 I'm sorry to hear that! We don't currently have an option in which you can save your gift cards online. It sounds like you may have added them and checkout and our checkout is not designed to store them indefinitely. If you have a receipt with the first 12 digits or a picture of the gift cards, we may be able to locate them in our system.
