Gift card balance are not returned after order canceled

Hello, 

       I have two pick up order got canceled a few days ago because I wasn’t able to pick up in time. I used three gift cards to place these two orders but only one gift card got refund. The order numbers are 776****0136 and 776****1937 

my two gift cards balance got missing are 

63134*******5633
and 

63134*******2677
