Has anyone taken legal action against Sephora not taking responsibility on their gift cards. Sephora needs to do better about this. If they can’t take those gift cards off the effn shelves! 

Even if gift cards are used thru a 3rd something has to be done. They don’t care about the consumer as long as they get paid. Enough is enough!! Do better or we will rally up!


my story real quick,

bought my friend a $100 Sephora gift card from Safeway last Tuesday. She tried to use it today and no balance. So what am I supposed to do Sephora!? Lawyer up!??!
