Gift card Balance Gone!!

I was wondering if someone could help me with the fact that I got a Christmas gift card to Sephora.
I go to the Sephora website and check my balance it’s 50.00 dollars the night of Dec 25,2023.
Today January 7,2024 I go to buy something online and it says my balance is empty! I have zero dollar in my account. I have not used this card it has been sitting in my car safely I was waiting to use it.

Nobody had touched it or grabbed it besides me and the gift card balance somehow disappeared.

I called the check transaction number and it told me I apparently used all of it Dec 26,20233. I did not use that card!

My balance is gone and I did not use it. 
I want my gift card or Give the money back to my mom! 
Is there anyone I can talk to that is going to help me!
