Gift bag with order

I just placed an order and spent $100 and chose one of the gift bags which is one reason I ordered at this time. Of course I was just emailed the one I picked is out of stock. Why can I not choose another at this time? It seems with every order I place there is an issue. I was told to wait until it ships but I'm sure there will be nothing left. You can't ship me out one now on a separate order before they are all gone? Samples and gifts are reasons for ordering from Sephora and I don't get the reward offered for spending my money with you guys.
