Hello,

My young niece had a problem with a gift card I gave her for Christmas.  She was told by the store clerk who helped her that there was no money on it. However, I have the purchase history of the card and that it was redeemed on the day she was at the store, but it was not redeemed by her. I connected with the customer service group that supports online purchases who said that it is possible to track the use of the GC but that they could not help me bc they only do online support. I saw that another customer was able to submit their GC number and get some assistance. Can someone help me? Thanks
