Gift Card

Please help! I have been trying to figure this out for way too long. I received a $50 gift card from the local Walgreens. I do not see 16 consecutive digits, my card has 14 and then a separate PIN number. The app is asking for 16 digits to redeem. What is the trick to this?

@KimmyKayVee, my apologies! Have you already completely removed the scratch-off? Are there any additional numbers that might be hiding at the end of the scratch-off? If that doesn't seem to be the issue, please let us know.

You helped me with my gift card issue a few weeks ago and I made a purchase that day. I used around $39 or so and now I am trying to make another purchase, but the cards shows $0 balance.

 

Honestly, this gift card thing has been a hassle and makes me want to shop anywhere but Sephora. The experience has been frustrating at best. In fact, prices are lower at many other stores than yours. The convenience of same day delivery is the only upside I see at this point. But I pay an additional amount for that. 

 

Please research this and load the balance back onto the card as soon as possible.
