Hi, I received a sephora gift card as a holiday gift. When I tried to redeem it in store it kept saying invalid.  When I tried to check the balance I am having trouble because it seems to be a 30-digit gift card instead of 16-digits. Can anyone help me on what to do?

@HeatherDawn82 There should be a 16-digit number on there and sometimes it can be placed in a different area than you would expect.  It looks like your private messages are currently turned off.
