Gift Card

I got $150 gift card from redeeming some credit card points. I decided to use these points to buy the brand-new Patrick Ta blush & contour. When checking out it kept saying something was wrong with my payment method. (The total ended up being $157.) I kept trying and trying until it finally went through. UNFORTUNATELY, it changed me $157 total without using my gift cards & now my gift cards say the balance is 0! This is so disappointing because I have been saving my points for this for a while. I hope Sephora can make this right. The gift cards were redeemed online through my credit card company. There is no way they were stolen. I would just like to be refunded or the order changed. If not I don't think I will be shopping online at Sephora again..
