Gift Card with 6 digit pin

Greetings,

I bought a $200 Sephora GC to use online but it contained only a 6 digits PIN, not the required 8 to redeem it online. I do not have any Sephora stores nearly to simply use the card’s barcode and planned to strictly order online. Is there any recourse from here? Could I get it replaced online as the balance remains untouched? Thank you so much, this is such a frustrating experience.
