Gift Card says Invalid

Hello, I am trying to use a gift card I got for my birthday and for some reason I keep getting a message saying the number is invalid. I have tried to enter it multiple times but it's not working.

An invalid message typically means the 16-digit gift card number or 8 digit pin number are not being entered correctly. Can you please check that all 16 digits and 8 digits have been scratched off and are being entered correctly? I'll send you a message to follow up. Thank you!

I purchased it today at 12pm forgot to use it and now while trying it says invalid
