Gift Card says Balance is $0

I received a gift card on 6/24/23 for $100. I checked the balance when I got it just to see how much was on it, but never used it. A week later, I went to the Sephora store to make a purchase, and was told my gift card had a $0 balance, despite never having used it. I also tried to add the gift card to my online cart, but it also said $0. Again, I had never used it. Please help!
