Gift Card Scam

I purchased a $100 gf at Walmart in Canada & gave it to my daughter in law for xmas.  She went to use it & it has  $0 balance. I called Sephora they refused to assist me.  Told me to contact my financial institution. I even have the Walmart receipt & the activation receipt, both useless as no one will give you your $ back. Step up Sephora, your customer service is really bad & I encourage EVERYONE to stop purchasing from Sephora.
