Gift Card Scam

Is there anything Sephora can do for victims of your gift cards being scammed? I spent a lot of money and I don't see any place to go to report it on the website. Another card that I bought refunded the amount spent - which I did not expect. At least you should have a place on your site under support a place to report scams

Hi everyone.  Same situation with us.  Someone gave us a $50 Sephora gift card in September 2023 and we just scratched off the account at the store in December 2023. The store told us there was zero balance. I called the customer service number and they told me the card was used by somebody in Florida. We are in California. As with other customers on this website Sephora refused to take any responsibility and would not help at all.

If you bought if from a third party retailer Sephora will do zip for you.
