Gift Card Scam - DO NOT BUY

I purchased 2 gift cards from superstore and a 3rd one from Walmart for $50 each - All had $0 balance when they went to be used. I gifted them to my daughters teachers and was so embarrassed when they told me they didn't work. When I called customer service they tried to tell me someone in my house must've used the cards and took ZERO responsibility for it. Absolutely disgusting. The lack of accountability from them is terrible. If you're going to sell a gift card then have a system in place for these situations. 

DO NOT BUY SEPHORA GIFT CARDS.
