Gift Card Pin has missing numbers

Hello, I got a gift card as a graduation gift. The pin only has 5 numbers and it is clear they were not scratched off. The gift card only came with 5 numbers and I cannot place an order on the app. Would I be able to get help? I was expecting to use it with an ongoing promotion and it is very upsetting that I cannot place my order due to this. Thank you.
