Gift Card Order Still Processing?

I bought a gift card on 12/6 and it said the order would be processed in 1-2 days. It's been 7 business days now and it's still "In Process." I already contacted Cashstar and my question still isn't answered. Can I get an answer on where the gift card is?? I needed it to be delivered by 12/20.
