Gift Card Number is missing

I received a gift card and removed the sticker off of the back.

Underneath was a 8 digit pin that is semi scratched off but you can make it out.

There is no 16 digit account number showing is completely scratched off.

There is a long number underneath the bar code but system keeps saying this is not the account number.

last four digits on receipt match the last four digits of the long number under the barcode.

Please advise.

Not sure it was a gift?

The receipt tag says it was purchased 11/3/24 and it has an authorization number.
