Gift Card Not Working

In April 2023 I purchased a Sephora gift card at Kohls for my DIL.  Later I bought her another gift for kept the gift card for myself.  I tried to use it for the first time today at both the Sephora and Kohls website and it said the 16 digit code and pin was invalid.  No one has ever used this card.

I do not have the little receipt but the $200 transaction is still on my Chase app with a reference number.  How do I go about getting this fixed?

I am having the same issue with two Sephora gift cards that I received from two different people. I am trying to make a Sephora purchase on the kohls app and it is saying the pin is invalid for both cards. I am certain that I am entering everything correctly. I would just try using the gift cards at Sephora but the item is discontinued and only available at kohls Sephora.
