Gift Card Not Verified

I bought a Sephora Gift card of $200 at United Supermarkets today and When i try to check balance, It would keep saying “Please verify card number & pin and try again” 

Please what’s going on ???

@Wesleyeve It sounds like it is not recognizing the number. Please make sure you are entering the 16-digit gift card number and 8-digit pin.

I made sure i input the numbers and Pin correctly with no space and i tried this couple times! Still the same

Y’all just wanna rip people of their hard earned money ??? $200 is a lot of money for me let go PLEASE
