Gift Card Fraud

My daughter got 2 sephora gift cards for her birthday. When she went to use them, it says it has $0. Upon asking over and over and calling the customer service, i found out it was used online. My daughter didn't use it. Apparently their scam is getting out of control and Sephora is doing NOTHING about it. They told me to tell the birthday guests to dispute it with their bank. SEPHORA has no care or concern for its customers. Shame on being such a big brand and doing nothing for their customers. 

We should all run a campaign against it. With holidays coming up, this will be a disaster. With inflation already reaching new heights, it's not easy to loose $100.

Could not agree more. Extremely disappointed with Sephora and the way they have not been handling this gift card fraud. Same thing just happened to me, I got my gift card for my birthday this week from my husband and someone else used it.
