Gift Card Balance

I'm trying to get my gift card balance but my gift card doesn't have a 16 digit card number. I have 13 under the barcode and 19 under that number and my pin number is 4 number instead of 8. Can anyone help me figure it out? Thanks.

This happened to me, too.  I called the number you suggested, and they said it wasn't a Sephora card, they didn't know what I was talking about.  It was a gift from my Mom, and I have the receipt and the card in my hand.  What now?  Thanks to anyone who can help.
