Gift Card Balance Stolen

I would advise everyone to not purchase a Sephora gift card. I had received one as a gift. I immediately checked the balance and it had $50, but tried using it today and it was $0. I called the number on the back of the card, and the balance was used 4 days after it had been activated/purchased. They would not do anything to resolve this unauthorized purchase. This seems to be an issue for many customers. It is extremely disappointing that Sephora seems to be well aware of this issue and will not help customers or prevent this from happening altogether- seems like the company is okay profiting off of these scams. DO NOT BUY SEPHORA GIFT CARDS!
