Gift Card 0$ Balance

Hi there,

I have a gift card for 9.18$ that I combined with a 50$ gift card and is now saying that the one with 9.18$ has 0$ balance. I went to use the gift cards online and it showed the 59.18$  being deducted from the final amount due, I then did not proceed with the order at that time. After that, I went back the next day to complete the order and it now shows the balance is 50$ and it's not letting me use the one with 9.18$. I tried calling customer service but I always get the same message that the number I have called does not exist. Can someone please help?
