Getmore promo

Hello, I placed an order earlier today (this afternoon) and for some reason the “getmore” promo code would not add to my cart. However I did order over $60 (over $75 before promo code), and am wondering if it’s possible to add the promo at this point in time. (I also used the holiday 2019 promo - are they not compatible?). Thanks.
