GIFT CARD SHOWING ZERO BALANCE!!

extremely disappointed with your service. My aunt bought a $250 for me and I just scratched the back last night. I checked the balance and it was zero dollars before I even used it!!

We contacted customer service and they said there were 3 transactions. The transactions are only one minute apart!!! 4:45, 4:46 and 4:47 !!! We kept asking the lady if that does not seem strange !!! And they said no !!! Really? This is obviously fraud!

How can we resolve this issue??
