BEWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE GIFT CARDS

Something is going on with Sephora gift cards right now and they are ignoring the issue. Many- MANY people are all reporting having purchased gift cards in the last few weeks and when they went to use them they had a 0 balance. Sephora is not doing anything to rectify the situation for its customers. Especially the ones who purchased from third-party stores like CVS etc. I find it hard to believe with all of these reports that they don’t know what’s going on and their only answer is “contact your bank”-this is not a bank issue, this is a SEPHORA issue!! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
