Frustrated with this again

I do NOT know what the deal is with the Sephora Stock Room. I purchased $25 worth of product online and had a code for free Viktor & Rolf Perfume plus a free mascara. Again I received NONE of the samples that I requested - this happens constantly and I did not get the sample of mascara. I called customer service and it was here’s 150 points for our error. Thank you but I still don’t get my mascara (I wanted to try before making purchase) or the samples. I didn’t even get one sample I wanted. So disappointed in Sephora - I know I know it’s a sample. This even happens at the store. Do employees get bonuses for not giving samples? As VIB I have yet to get my free gift and have to ask for samples - if I am lucky I will get one. It is quite annoying as I do a large portion of shopping at Sephora. Maybe it’s time to shop elsewhere. Just about every other online purchase I make I have to contact Customer Service. It should not be this way.

It’s unfortunate but during this sale things seem to get too hectic for Sephora. They should handle it better, but they did give you 150 points which is more than this sample is worth (it would have been 100 points at the rewards bazar). I know it does not change the fact that you cannot try the mascara but you can always try it in store. I spend thousands at Sephora and I’ve been a customer for many years (in both US and France) and most of the time I am very happy with their services. I hope your experience will improve

You’re right. But poor customer service or distribution is a sore spot with me. This isn’t the first time I had an issue with an order. Sadly.

I did. I know I should just say oh well but when you are really hoping for something and that item doesn’t show, it’s a drag. I appreciate the points given but you shouldn’t have an issue with every other order, you know?
