Frustrated with Sephora shipping practices

I usually shop Ulta, but have gotten into some brands only carried by Sephora lately.  Once I hit Rouge status, I thought, "Great!  2-day shipping!  I'll just direct my business here!"  But alas, the last several orders I've placed have taken upwards of 5-10 days just to PROCESS.  This is not including delivery time!  Is this typical for Sephora?  With Ulta, it's usually at my door 2 or 3 days after I submit an order.  At this point, I've contacted CS via Twitter, email, phone, and all I'm ever told is that it's still processing and they'll notify the distribution center.  Well guess what?  I still haven't had my order ship yet and it was a palette that was "mistakenly" cancelled from a January 7 order that I then had to reorder on January 11 when that original order FINALLY shipped and didn't include the palette.  Girl.  Get it together.
